Applachian Fair Grounds, Gray, TN
D & W was invited to attend our first annual JRT Olympics. The JRT Olympics is hosted at the Applachian Fairgrounds in Gray, TN annually. 14 D & W volunteers participated in this exciting event which had attendees from all over the country. D & W volunteers provided assistance in catching racing dogs, spotting winners, and any needed assistance to the judge of the event. This two day event provided many laughs, excitement, fun, and changed our view on the breeding process. It was a learning process for all involved. We also earned very valuable rescue cash to help our furbabies!
It is exciting for D & W to announce that we have been invited back to next year's JRT Olympics to be held June 8th & 9th, 2009!!!! The organizers of this event were impressed with D & W's Team Work and professionalism which is very complementary to our organization!
